If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail to confirm with you. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@eridesolutions.com.au and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
LAND SNAIL
- The warranty is valid for 6 months and is non-transferable.
- Please keep the warranty card properly. It need to be showed in-warranty period.
- The news instead of the defective components in-warranty period.
- The warranty starts on data when the board is purchased. The customer must provide proof of purchase and within 6 months purchase period.
- Wear and tear items (grips tape, wheels, and rubber bushing) are not covered under warranty.
- Damages caused by improper use, improper maintenance, improper storage, or unauthorized repair will void the warranty.
- The surface can not be coating again once the surface coating is damage, allow certain flaw margin.
- If not used for a long time, please charge at least once within 3 months, in order to maintain battery life.
